  1. Tomatoes are placed peeled. To make the skin easy to remove, throw the fruit into boiling water for 15-30 seconds (depending on the variety), after making a cross-shaped cut on the “butt”.
  2. Cut the peeled tomatoes into halves or quarters and set aside temporarily to allow excess liquid to drain.

  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers;
  • 250 grams of champignons;
