In garlic infusion

The preparation of such crackers usually begins with bread:

  1. A loaf should be crushed in cubes with a thickness of not more than 1 centimeter.
  2. Pour food into a deep bowl.
  3. Add salt, spices, pepper and mix well.
  4. Chop the garlic finely or squeeze it through a press, and then pour boiling water over it and let it stand for a while. A few minutes will be enough for this.
  5. Pour the pieces of bread with the prepared infusion and mix so that they can soak in the garlic aroma well.
  6. Put the products on a baking sheet and hold them a little in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. To avoid overdrying, it is best to leave the door open.

Such crackers will be a great addition to a fresh vegetable salad.

"Garlic bread"

It is even easier to make garlic crackers in the oven without oil. A recipe with a photo will demonstrate all the subtleties of this process. For work you will need: a loaf of fresh (or a little stale) bread, salt, 5 cloves of garlic and a little butter - just to grease the baking sheet.

The procedure in this case is simple. Anyone can handle it:

  1. First, a loaf must be cut into even slices about one and a half centimeter thick.
  2. Then cut each piece across into several bars.
  3. Distribute the products carefully on a baking sheet. Previously, it should be lightly greased with vegetable oil.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven until a characteristic crust is formed. Inside, the cubes should remain soft.
  5. Turn each piece over and repeat the procedure. Care must be taken to ensure that products are not burnt.
  6. Grate still hot crackers with garlic.
  7. Put everything in a deep pan, add salt and mix well.
